Candidate Instructions
Registration
- Register only if you are certain that you will attend the Job Fair.
- Registration is mandatory for participation.
- Do not register multiple times using different email IDs or mobile numbers.
- Ensure that all details entered during registration are correct.
Important Note
Candidates who register but remain absent without prior intimation may not be permitted to participate in future Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) Job Fairs organized by Zeal Institutes.
Dress Code & Discipline
- All students must report in Formal Attire (Light Shirt & dark Trouser).
- Maintain professional behaviour throughout the event.
- Wear your College Identity Card at all times.
- Follow instructions given by the Placement Team and Volunteers.
- Maintain discipline inside interview halls and company interaction areas.
- Any misconduct or indiscipline may lead to cancellation of participation.
Documents to Carry
Please carry the following:
- 5 Copies of Updated Resume
- College ID Card
- Aadhaar Card (Original & Photocopy)
- Passport Size Photographs (2–4)
- Academic Mark Sheets (SSC/HSC/Diploma/Degree as applicable)
- Certificates (if any)
- Pen & Notepad
Reporting Time
- Report at least 30 minutes before your scheduled reporting time.
- Entry after the reporting deadline may not be permitted.
Bus Pickup Facility
Free bus pickup facility will be available from the following locations in every 30 minutes:
- Swargate Bus Stand
- Vadgaon Bridge
- Katraj Chowk
Interview Guidelines
- Attend interviews only for companies matching your eligibility.
- Listen carefully to company instructions.
- Do not leave the campus without informing the Placement Help Desk.
- Respect company representatives and fellow candidates.
- Once selected, follow all joining instructions provided by the company.

- Registration does not guarantee an interview or job offer.
- Selection will be solely based on company eligibility criteria and interview performance.
- Zeal Institutes and participating companies reserve the right to modify schedules if required.
